Store Policy
- All sales are final. No order form, no transaction.
- Once you receive our email confirmation, please pay within 3 working days. If payment is not made within 3 working days, the order shall be cancelled.
- We require 50% downpayment to process your order and the remaining 50% balance after 15 days. Or pay in full and save us both the hassle. No downpayment, no production of ring.
- All rings are made to order and production is more or less 30-35 business days before delivery. Business days mean Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. We strive to deliver in the soonest possible time; however, please bear in mind that all our products are made-to-order. Every piece that is released is unique on its own. It might be similar in designs but it still retains its uniqueness because we do not really mass produce. In cases of delays we hope for your patience and understanding.
- We do not have stocks or accept rush orders. All our products are produced as ordered so we don't normally have an in stock status. The time frame 30-35 business days includes manufacturing.
- We will not be held accountable for items purchased in the WRONG SIZE
- Shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent through email and/or text.
